Governing Councils, for individual Institutions, are established to oversee the design, development and the effective implementation of various Academic, Co-Curricular and enrichment programs. The Governing Council also plays an important role in establishing adequate physical infrastructure and competent human resources.
The institution has internal organizational structure for making decisions wherein top most level decision making is done by Governing body. In the Governing body, Principal is one of the members and the decisions taken by the Governing body are passed on to different academic and administrative bodies.
The leadership regularly analyses and evaluates the goals and activities in the light of mission, vision and goals of the institution to the entire satisfaction of community and stakeholders.
